TREATMENT INFORMATION
WHAT EXACTLY IS A CHEMICAL PEEL?
A chemical peel is a powerful skin exfoliating treatment typically applied to the face, neck, and hands — the parts of us that weather the most damage— to reveal the healthy skin below the surface. A peel treatment uses a chemical solution to exfoliate and remove the dead skin cells that are congesting the outermost layer of your skin.
Peels are a quick treatment option, usually taking less than 20 minutes for application — but they do have a longer overarching process. After your treatment, the outer layer of dead skin cells may peel and flake for three to five days, leading to the revelation of clearer, smoother skin.
